I have been contemplating applying for a job that has come up. I do need supervisory experience to move up the ladder but the pay offered for this position is appalling and that's bugging me. Chewing glass was representing feeling hurt by the low pay and not being able to swallow that truth. Should I apply or not? The opportunities to gain experience are few and far between. To grab the opportunity I will take lesser pay, coming home at least one hour later than usual, will spend double the petrol and work weekends. What a bargain!
